bringing back the PUMPKIN ALFREDO🤤
Made with only 5 ingredients this sauce is so easy to whip up and comes together SUPER QUICK. Perfect for a cozy meal🙌🏼. Plus, it is plant based and paleo too🥰.
.
There was such a cold wind today💨, the kind that went deep into your body and you need a big cup of tea to warm up, so I know what I want for dinner👅. I also had a reiki session done so check my stories for what happened🙊.
.
- 1/4 cup pumpkin.
- 1/4 cup cashews.
- 1 tbsp almond milk.
- 1 clove garlic.
- pinch himalayan salt.
1. Soak cashews overnight or for 1 hour in boiling water to soften. This will help them blend to ensure a nice creamy consistency.
2. Blend cashews with the rest of the ingredients.
3. Add to your favorite pasta. I used the @califlourfoods pasta, high protein and lower in carb so win-win.

For real, I can’t get enough of this pumpkin yogurt bowl🤤. It’s everything you could want made with real food🙌🏼. I topped it with a Coconut Cream @larabarcanada which has only 5 ingredients: dates, dried coconut, cashews, almonds and coconut oil 👅. Plus, it’s gluten free, dairy free, vegan and non-gmo. - 1/2 cup dairy free yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
