This tasty festive recipe is perfect for snacking, as a topping or with some dairy free yogurt👅. Do yourself a favour and click save on this recipe👉🏼. .
Here is the recipe for the granola: - 1 1/2 cup nuts and seeds (I used almonds, cashews, pecans and pumpkin seeds).
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
- 1 tbsp maple syrup.
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses.
- 1 tsp cinnamon.
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg. - 1/4 tsp ground ginger.
- 1/4 tsp cardamom.
Bake at 350F 25 minutes.
