Here are 5 healthy salad dressing recipes that you need to try! They are paleo, vegan, gluten free and dairy free. Plus, they can double as a sauce or marinade.
These are the 5 staple dressings that I make time and time again. Each of them is so full of flavor and are loaded with nourishing ingredients. I store them in the fridge for about a week (if they last that long!) and use it on everything from salads, to roasted veggies, nourish bowls and even as marinades.
What I love about all of these healthy dressings is that they are made with real whole ingredients, and none of the funny stuff you might find in store-bought dressings. Plus, they are all full of healthy fats which not only help to keep you full but stabilize your blood sugar and allow you to feel satisfied.
