Baked N'Oatmeal

This baked n'oatmeal is literally like eating a cookie for breakfast. Not only is it warm and filling buy you can customize it and add whatever you desire to the top! This recipe contains no oatmeal but gives you that same yummy warm texture! This breakfast is definitely one for the books!

Servings: 1 Yogurt Bowl


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • cinnamon

  • 3 tbsp almond milk

  • 1 tbsp nut butter

  • 1 tsp psyllium husk

  • 1 tsp vanilla


Instructions: 

  1. In a bowl add your almond flour, coconut flakes, vanilla, cinnamon and maple syrup.

  2. Add your psyllium husk and almond milk and stir together until everything is combined

  3. Place into a greased ramekin

  4. Top with your favourite toppings

  5. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes

  6. Enjoy!
