Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 slices bread
sprinkle vegan cheese
Instructions:
In a bowl mix together the two eggs
Heat up a pan with a small amount of avocado oil
Once heated, add your eggs and favourite seasonings
Add in your favourite bread (I like to flip the bread in the egg mixture to coat each side
Allow it to cook and flip it in the pan
Add in your vegan cheese and close the two slices of bread and cook til the cheese melts
