Servings: 2-3 Servings
Ingredients:
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
8 oz box noodles
1 pack of vegan mozzarella shreds (8oz)
1 cup coconut milk
2 tsp of tapioca starch in 2 tsp of water
Instructions:
Add coconut oil and coconut milk to a saucepan on medium heat
Add whole pack of vegan cheese and the smoked paprika
Stir on medium heat until the cheese is melted
While the cheese is melting down, add your box of macaroni to a pot of boiling water
Add in your mixture of tapioca flour and water to the cheese mixture and stir
Once the noodles are boiled, add them to the cheese mixture and stir until the cheese covers the noodles
Serve and enjoy!
