Healthy Salted Caramel Fudge Cups (Paleo, Vegan)

These healthy salted caramel fudge cups are the perfect sweet treat. With a combo of salty + sweet and the decadent texture of the fudge, they are sure to be a hit in your home! Plus, they can be stored in the freezer for whenever you want a little something sweet. Bonus: they come together with only 4-ingredients! 




 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 nut butter

  • 1/4 cup maple 

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted 

  • sea salt flakes to top


Instructions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients, except sea salt, in a bowl and stir until combined. 

  2. Scoop out into 8 silicone mold cups and garnish with a little salt.

  3. Freeze 1 hour until solid.

  4. Enjoy!
