Servings: 1-2 large pancakes
Ingredients:
2 slices paleo bread
1/2 avocado
egg
green onion
hemp hearts
radish
Instructions:
Boil your egg
While the egg is boiling, place your paleo bread in the toaster
Slice open your avocado and mash 1/2 the avocado
Split up the mashed avocado between both slices of toast
Slice your radishes, green onions and egg.
Top it with your egg, salt, pepper, hemp hearts, sliced radishes and green onion
