Servings: 1-2 large pancakes
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 egg
3 tbsp coconut flour
vanilla 1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions:
In a food processor (or with a fork) mix together all of your ingredients
In a pan on medium heat, heat up a small amount of oil
Cook the pancake until you get a nice golden colour and flip
Top it with your favourite fruits or nuts
