Servings: 1-2 large pancakes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 scoops protein
1 tsp baking soda
Instructions:
Crack your eggs into a bowl
Add protein powder and baking soda
Add in your favourite ingredients (I like blueberries) and whisk
Heat a pan up to medium heat and add the desired amount to the pan
Top with a nutbutter, fruit or toppings of choice!
