Whose doesn't love a good nacho platter?! Hands down one of the best comfort foods around. So I am more than happy to announce this not only healthy but versatile recipe for heathy nachos! Servings: 8 large cookies (per recipe)
Ingredients:
Soft Chocolate chip cookies
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 maple syrup
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp ground flax (not in video because camera stopped recording)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
dairy free sugar free chocolate chips
flaked salt to top if desired
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F
Chill for at least 20 minutes

I'm so confused. The intro is for nachos and the recipe mentions almond flour twice. There are no instructions on how to make these cookies. Am I missing something?
