We have all been there, bloating. It makes you feel uncomfortable and a little less attractive. Lately, I have been loving this smoothie that will get rid of stomach bloating and help keep it flat. Plus it is super refreshing and is the perfect snack if you want to look extra svelte.
What you’ll need
Cucumber: It is high in silica, caffeic acid and vitamin C, all of which help to reduce swelling and help prevent water retention. Just like it helps your eyes de-puff, it helps your stomach too!
Coconut Water: This stuff is naturally rich in potassium, meaning it will counter any sodium related bloating (think salty foods). It also helps regulate the cleansing process to keep you svelte.
Ginger: It helps soothe the digestive tract, and improves circulation to help with things that may cause bloating (like menstrual cramps).
This ANTI BLOAT smoothie is delicious and super refreshing, plus it will help show off all that hard work you put in at the gym.

1/2 cucumber
1/2 cup coconut water
1 inch fresh ginger
handful ice
splash almond milk
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor (this one is my favourite) Blend until smooth.
