As you guys know, I love creating recipes that are grain free. And this grain free porridge is no exception. It warm and full of healthy fats and fiber to keep you full. Plus, it is super easy to meal prep so you can eat it every morning all week long. And the topping possibilities are endless!
What You’ll Need
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 3 tbsp almond meal
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat until warm and thick.
Top with frozen blueberries and nut butter.
