Ingredients
  • 2.5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp activated charcoal
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into blender or food processor.


  2. Blend about 30 seconds.


  3. Transfer into bowl and top with your favourite toppings.
