pumpkin spice waffle

Ingredients
  • 1 cup + 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • t tbsp maple syrup
  • splash vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt and pumpkin spice in a bowl and set aside. 

  2. Combine egg, almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and vanilla extract in a separate bowl and mix well.

  3. Add wet to dry and fold together. It will be thick! 

  4. Spoon half of the batter into your waffle maker and cook accordingly. 

  5. Top with maple syrup. 

Recipe Notes
If don’t have pumpkin spice you can make your own!
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp all spice
