Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. Roast cauliflower for 20 minutes

  3. Combine roasted cauliflower and rest of ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth 

  4. Top with chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil (optional)
