Grain Free Everything Bagel Muffins

Ingredients
  • 2/3 cup almond milk.
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar.
  • 1 cup chickpea flour.
  • 2 tbsp ground flax.
  • 1/4 tsp himalayan salt.
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil.
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  • Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Mix almond milk and vinegar together, set aside.

  3. Mix try ingredients together, except baking soda!.

  4. Add oil to almond milk/vinegar.

  5. Combine wet with the dry and whisk together until smooth.

  6. Add baking soda and gently fold together.

  7. Using a silicone mold or muffin tin divide mixture into 6.

  8. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.

  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  10. Enjoy the yumminess!
