Savoury "Oatmeal" Recipes (paleo)
Ingredients
Paleo Porridge Base
  • 3/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
Paleo Porridge
  • 1 cup paleo porridge mix
  • 2 cups bone broth (if vegan do a vegan broth)
  • 1 cup almond milk
Avocado Toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful pea shoots
Mushroom Tahini
  • 1/2 cup cooked mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach
  • 1 tbsp tahini
Vegan Caprese
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes
  • 1 tsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp cashew ricotta
Instructions
Paleo Porridge
  1. Combine all ingredients into a pot over medium heat and cook until thick, about 3 minutes.

Add desired toppings!
