Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla into a bowl. Stir until combined.
Add apple cider vinegar, cacao, almond flour, coconut flour and baking soda. Stir until just combined.
Scoop out into 6 silicone donut molds.
Bake for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely before topping with glaze.
For glaze: combine all ingredients and stir until smooth.
Dip each donut into glaze and allow to glaze to set.
