Cookies And Cream Chocoalte (Paleo, Vegan)
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter
  • 8 ounces cacao butter
  • 1/4 cup paleo oreos, crushed
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs optional
  1. Using a double broiler, melt the cacao butter, coconut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool 10 minutes.

  3. In a loaf pan, sprinkle the crushed oreos on the bottom. Follow with the melted chocolate.

  4. Add in the cacao nibs on top if using.

  5. Set in the freezer 20 minutes or until fully hardened.
